Introducing the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak RD5 Flying Tourbillon Flyback Chronograph

The RD5 by Audemars Piguet marks the final timepiece in the RD lineage of the brand of the Brassus, and they definitely set the bar high if this is indeed the farewell iteration of some incredible watches coming out of their R&D department.

Sticking to the 39mm case of the Jumbo, but only 8mm thin, the RD5 holds a lot of mechanical juice with the new calibre 8100, which itself is only 4mm thick! Not only did they fully reinterpret the chronograph philosophy, but AP has also put a lot of emphasis on the ergonomics for the benefit of the wearer's experience; super short and precise chrono pushers and function setting crown!
