The Suspended Time Reimagined by Hermès

watches & wonders 2025

At Watches & Wonders 2025, Hermès‬ made a bold yet refined choice: no brand-new collection this year. Instead, they turned inward, drawing from their own design heritage to reimagine icons with fresh emotion and craftsmanship.

We sat down with Hermès watches executives to explore the maison’s updated take on the legendary Arceau Le Temps Suspendu—now offered in three striking expressions: Rouge Sellier (red), Brun Désert (beige), and Sunburst Blue. Each is powered by the in-house Hermès H1837 automatic movement - an entirely new spirit for the GPHG winner of 2011.

And in true Hermès fashion, the unexpected made its entrance: the Maillon Libre, now reinterpreted as a transformable brooch. Delicate and bold, it can be worn the classic way—or transformed into a pendant with its sleek leather cordlet. Would you like to add this stylish touch to your wardrobe?
